Now that you have found your dream dress, reserve it for your event date - either online, in person, or by phone! Simply complete the rental details and add it to your cart. Be sure to choose between our easy two-way shipping or pick-up options.
Please note that our rental period begins the day you select to receive your dress. You do not need to account for shipping time in your 4 rental period.
For example, if your event is Saturday, April 2nd, you would order your dress for Friday, April 1st. Your dress would then arrive to you on or before Friday, April 1st and you would need to drop it back in the mail in the pre-paid envelope provided or return it in person by Monday April 4th.
You can't keep the dress, unfortunately, and we do need it back on schedule in order to get it ready for its next rental. Luckily returning is super easy! You can either ship your dress and accessories back to us in the provided pre-paid, pre-addressed envelope that on the last day of your rental term or you can drop your rental off to us in person. Please note that dresses being dropped off in person are due back by our closing time on your designated return date.
And no, you do not need to dry clean the dress - we take care of all dry cleaning in- house so all you have to do is wear it and send it back!
